The facilitation was great. The time allocated for the training was enough. The facilitator was quite interesting, involving, knowledgeable and able to respond to all our questions. I have gained tremendous skills and knowledge on Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) data collection and analysis, planning of human resources for M&E and the types of Evaluation. My newly acquired knowledge and skills will help me design appropriate M&E systems for the ongoing and future projects that I will be overseeing.

All of the trainers and facilitators at Dataex Global Institute are top notch. They did a great job training our staff. Many of the trainers got so popular that they were being requested on a regular basis to conduct related trainings. The training sessions were completely based on industrial projects and practical way of finding solutions. The classes are very interactive and expanded our knowledge immensely. The overall training environment at the Center is very friendly. It was one of the best learning experiences I have ever had in a long time. I am very grateful to the Center Management and the Trainers.

The topics around conflict management and dealing with difficult customers or members – issues that relate to day-to-day challenges – were very popular. We had three different instructors and they all got extremely good reviews from our staff. In follow-up discussions with those who completed the training, it is clear that their level of engagement and knowledge of the topics they’re bringing back has improved. When you invest in staff, they come back regenerated with excitement that is sometimes lost when you fall into day-to-day work. It’s nice to spend time developing yourself and your skills.

It’s a tremendous value that Dataex Global Institute offers and people would be remiss not to take advantage of it. The instructors are knowledgeable and engaging and the staff are collaborative, helpful, and enthusiastic. Taking the Project Management with Microsoft Project Course was really a rewarding experience. The classes were all offered virtually and still provided a high level of interaction and useful information that staff can take up and apply to the work they do. I’m confident investing in our staff is a contributing factor to employee retention. There’s something to be said about Dataex Global Institute; the employees just appreciate its reputation.

Having just moved into my role, my new colleagues who had previously attended the Monitoring & Evaluation of Community Based Projects Course recommended it to me. The material was very relevant and the course director was flexible in his teaching, tailoring the program to the relevant industries people worked in. I also gained a lot of exposure to the other delegates which I found very valuable. After attending the Monitoring & Evaluation of Community Based Projects Course, I am starting to apply the skills that I learnt from the course which will be a great contributor to the end result of the projects I work on. I already have, and will, recommend this course to others responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects for their organizations.

The instructor was excellent at keeping us engaged and explaining the concepts in an applicable way. He clearly articulated each point and encouraged us to apply examples that were applicable to our organization. I believe the skill sets reviewed in this program such as human fundamentals, communication tools and management fundamentals are critical to our success as managers. The instructor was great at explaining the new skills and getting us to participate in activities that helped us learn how to apply them. He also shared several interesting, relevant examples and stories that made the learning experience engaging.

Through the methodological and technical input from experts from various institutions and organizations, I was not only able to gain deep insights into relevant topics, but also become part of a large alumni network. I quickly realized the added value this network offers for starting a career. My expectations from the training were surpassed. I have acquired practical and relevant skills on GIS for Project Planning and Management. These skills will help me improve on the quality of my work in West Africa.

The Strategic Leadership and Management Course was a gamechanger for me. It will help me and my organization be even more successful by being able to better engage and supervise people belonging to different teams. I will also be able to provide better feedback, and ask more questions to get more information. The instructor and course facilitator did well at engaging the audience, keeping the session interesting and fun, while teaching through example. I suggest that others in management would benefit from this course.
